When will my order be shipped?
Your order is confirmed and processed as quickly as possible, depending on product availability and the date and time of order placement.
In-Stock Products
Orders for in-stock products are usually shipped within 24–36 hours (business days).
Made-to-Order Products
Orders for products that are not in stock are typically shipped within 3–8 business days, after the completion of their preparation.
Greece: Shipping cost
The shipping cost via courier is €4.90 for first 2 Kg
For each additional kilogram, an extra charge of €1 + VAT applies.

Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

What should I do if the package I receive is not in good condition?
Please carefully inspect the package externally before accepting it from the courier, for any signs of damage or mishandling.
If the package appears heavily damaged or there is a possibility that the products inside have been affected, please DO NOT accept it and contact us immediately.
