Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Product images are indicative and may slightly differ from the final product.

Note: VAT is applied only to shipments within Greece. For shipments to EU countries (excluding Greece), prices are shown without VAT.
If VAT is required by law (e.g. if a valid VIES VAT number is not provided), it will be determined and communicated during order processing.

Orders

The COMPANY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability,
pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment

All payments are processed through secure payment providers. The COMPANY does not store card details.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via courier or transport companies depending on product size and weight.

Dispatch Time

• In-stock products: 1–2 business days
• Made-to-order products: 4–8 business days production time

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Delays may occur due to external factors.

Returns & Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may return in-stock products within 14 calendar days from delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective Products

In case of defective products, replacement or refund will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Greek and EU law. Courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.
